Over the last 10 years, the Kloof CPF has become the heartbeat of the Kloof Community it is today. With the increasing decline in the service delivery, unstable infrastructure and increase in crime, the needs for the assistance within the community which fall outside of the CPF mandate have increased.
For this dedication to the community to remain sustainable we have created Kloof Community Management, which will not only continue, but enhance the current assistance to the Kloof community.
A proactive approach to elevating our community security, supplementing and enhancing basic services provided by eThekwini & the sustained and effective management of of our area will lead to a safer and cleaner environment for all residents, local businesses, property owners & visitors to Kloof.
With urban improvement and the protection of property values, we are confident that our community will experience this new development as an exciting, valuable and cost effective initiative.

We believe in having a pro-active approach by identifying the problems affecting our community, finding a solution and implementing them.
Municipal services across all departments are stretched to the limit. The services offered by Kloof Community Management will not be a substitute for municipal services, however will assist when the community experiences service delivery failure. Various services will be offered over & above and others as a top up to existing municipal services received.
Crime in the Upper Highway area in general has increased, and this will only escalate when load shedding returns, contributing to crime stats by providing a gateway for criminal activities. Security is pivotal in our vision for Kloof as being the area of choice to live in.
